Module 106 executive quality is the same as 206 quality only it has a couple more rubber stamps of check point approval from the JEE NEE and MEE modules the 106 executive sends the report onto the 006 spine.. a sort of executive module that's a simple flow chart errand boy of sorts and helps form the feeling of shift from one level to the next in the brain.
