have them write their notes  down on how they feel when the Frisbee comes to them
have one announce to  throw the Frisbee and not throw it
have both write  down their feelings
now have them switch places and have the other one throw the Frisbee  and then announce  to but hold back  again having both personalities write their feelings down. over tie you will be able to tell just by statements that an activity is done for you.}
